Complexity

Different teams with different needs were using a system not designed with their workflows in mind.

Data Overload

Important data was hard to find due to poor organization and lack of hierarchy.

UX Lacking

The interface was built without UX input, making it hard to navigate and use efficiently.

The Challenges

Sigmento Admin Panel

Following the acquisition of Sigmento, the company faced a timely opportunity to upgrade its internal admin panel. Originally developed by the R&D team, the system was built to analyze user behavior and manage the data shown on the customer-facing platform. However, the tool had outgrown its usability, especially for the diverse internal teams who relied on it daily.

Complexity

We redefined key user types and mapped their daily tasks. Based on this, we transformed the main workflows into dedicated screens, organized under a simplified main menu.
Therefor, each user group now sees only what’s relevant to them, reducing complexity and confusion.

Data Overload

We highlighted the most important data for each feature and moved secondary details into collapsible menus and tooltips.
This way users can focus on critical insights without being overwhelmed by too much information.

UX Lacking

In addition to more accurate information architecture, we introduced clean layouts, large numbers, pie charts, and progress bars to present data visually and intuitively.

The system became more engaging and far easier to navigate, even for developers.
