No Clear User Flow
Users didn’t know where to begin or what steps to take next.
Confusing Layout
Key product details were spread across multiple tabs, making it hard to view everything at once.
Process Visibility
Users couldn’t tell which products were processed, still in progress, or had errors.
The Challenges
No Clear User Flow
We introduced a clear step-by-step flow by defining the three main product actions: Import, Process, and Export. These actions were placed as prominent buttons on the main screen, each triggering a wizard that guided users through the process with clear, simple instructions. As a result, users could now follow a structured workflow with ease, knowing exactly what to do at each step.

Confusing Layout
We unified the product view by reorganizing the data layout. Instead of spreading product details across multiple tabs, all information was combined into a single, scrollable screen that mirrored how the final product would appear in an e-commerce store. This made it easier for users to scan, understand, and manage product details without constant navigation.

Progress Disability
We added real-time status indicators to give users visibility into their store and batch processing progress. These indicators showed whether products were completed, still in progress, or had errors, both at a high level and for individual items. This helped users quickly spot issues, track performance, and maintain control over their workflow.
